The man known online as the “Deadpool Killer” remains locked inside Florida’s death-row system nearly two years after receiving two death sentences.

But despite Florida carrying out executions at an accelerating pace, Wade Wilson has not been given an execution date.

Wilson was convicted of the 2019 murders of Kristine Melton and Diane Ruiz and was sentenced to death in August 2024.

Today, he remains incarcerated at Union Correctional Institution in Raiford, Florida, where the state houses its male death-row population.
