Police Launch Urgent Search for Newlywed Dominick Bianchi, Missing in Upstate New York

35-Year-Old New York Man Reported Missing After Leaving Phone, Wallet and Car at Home

Dominick Bianchi, 35, of East Greenbush, New York, has been reported missing, prompting concern from his family and local police.

Bianchi was last seen at approximately 10:00 a.m. on September 8, 2026, in the area of his home on Forrest Pointe Drive.

His disappearance has raised particular concern because he reportedly left several important belongings behind, including his phone, wallet and car.

Bianchi married Julianna Zyra in May 2026, and his family is now urgently seeking information that could help determine where he may have gone.

Police and his loved ones are also concerned about his medical needs. Bianchi has Type 1 diabetes and uses a blood glucose monitor that was connected to the phone he left at home. Because the device and phone were reportedly left behind, his family fears he may be without access to important medical information or could require medical attention.

East Greenbush police said they do not believe Bianchi poses a threat to the community. Officers are asking residents in the area to check their security cameras, sheds, vehicles and surrounding properties for anything that could help investigators determine his whereabouts.

Authorities are urging anyone who may have seen Bianchi or has information about his disappearance to contact the East Greenbush Police Department at 518-479-2525.

As the search continues, his family is hoping for any information that could help bring him home safely.
