🚨 BREAKING: MAJOR UPDATE IN THE DEATH OF NOLAN WELLS

After months of questions surrounding 18-year-old Nolan Wells’ death, a Mississippi grand jury has reached its decision.

The grand jury found no credible evidence of criminal conduct connected to the people who traveled to Horn Island with Nolan on July 4.

It also found that the position, condition, timing and location of Nolan’s body were consistent with drowning.

But one critical detail remains:

His official cause and manner of death are still listed as undetermined.

The grand jury reviewed testimony from more than 40 witnesses, along with cellphone evidence, GPS data, photographs, videos and findings from the independent investigation conducted for Nolan’s family.

The report also said there was bruising on the back of Nolan’s head, but investigators found no fatal injury or organic disease that explained his death. A witness reportedly saw Nolan slip awkwardly from a boat, although the witness could not say whether he struck his head.

The grand jury unanimously returned a “no true bill,” meaning no criminal indictment was issued.

Authorities also said they found no evidence that Nolan’s death was racially motivated.

But Nolan’s family is not treating the grand jury decision as the end of the story.

Family attorney Ben Crump said the decision leaves unanswered questions about what happened to Nolan and vowed to continue seeking answers.

For a family that has spent months searching for answers, the case may have reached a legal turning point — but many questions surrounding Nolan’s final hours remain.
