A black mother cat and her two kittens are struggling to survive on the train tracks…

A black mother cat and her two tiny kittens were found struggling to survive near active train tracks, where every passing train put the little family in constant danger.
Concerned witnesses noticed the mother cat repeatedly returning to the tracks to care for her kittens despite the noise and risk. Thin and exhausted, she continued protecting her babies while searching for food in an unsafe environment.

Animal rescuers responded quickly and carefully waited for the right moment to safely secure the family. After gently removing the kittens from the hazardous area, they were able to bring the cautious mother to safety as well.
The cats were taken to a veterinary clinic, where the mother received treatment for dehydration and malnutrition, while the kittens were examined and given supportive care. Fortunately, none of them had suffered life-threatening injuries.

Once placed in foster care, the family finally had a quiet place to rest. With regular meals, clean water, and a warm shelter, the mother regained her strength while continuing to care for her kittens. The kittens soon became more active and playful as they recovered.

Rescuers say the family is doing well and will remain together until the kittens are old enough to be weaned. After completing their veterinary care, they will begin the search for loving forever homes where they can live safely, far away from the dangers they once faced.
