BREAKING: Lindsay Clancy Trial Takes New Turn as Jury Sends Question to Judge During Deliberations

The Lindsay Clancy murder trial has taken a new turn after jurors sent a question to Judge William Sullivan while deliberating over whether Clancy was criminally responsible for the deaths of her three children.

The judge summoned both the defense attorney and prosecutor for a sidebar conference to discuss how to respond. The content of the jury’s question was not immediately disclosed.

Jurors also requested to examine the blood-stained knife and two bags of prescription medication presented as evidence in the case.

No verdict had been reached by the end of August 28. The jury was dismissed for the weekend and is scheduled to resume deliberations on Monday, August 31.

The case remains under deliberation, and no final verdict has been announced.
