Officers initially received no response.

Later, hotel security entered the room and found Addi and her mother dead.

The deaths were investigated as an apparent murder-suicide. Authorities determined that McGeehan killed Addi before taking her own life.

NEW RECORDS REVEAL MORE ABOUT ADDI’S FINAL HOURS

Newly released Clark County coroner records have since provided additional details about the circumstances surrounding the deaths.

The records indicate that Addi had been heavily medicated before her death, with investigators finding prescription medication and other substances in the hotel room.

A handwritten warning was also found at the entrance to the room telling anyone who entered to call 911 because two people were inside.

Other notes were recovered during the investigation.
