“PLEASE LET US SEE THE GIRLS…” — FRANTIC MESSAGES REVEALED BEFORE TWO SISTERS WERE FOUND DEAD 💔

In the weeks before two little sisters were found dead inside their South Carolina home, their relatives were desperately trying to reach their mother.

Text messages and emails shared online reveal family members repeatedly asking to see the children and urging their mother to accept help.

The children — 2-year-old Emory Deacon and 15-month-old Harlow Deacon — were later found dead during a welfare check at their home in Ladson on September 29. Their mother, 31-year-old Justine May, has since been arrested and charged with two counts of homicide by child abuse.

According to screenshots May herself posted on social media, her mother had been increasingly worried about the children.

In one message shared online, her mother said she had not seen the girls since August 14 and pleaded for contact with them.

Another email reportedly warned that the children needed the love and support of their father, grandparents, aunts and uncles.

The messages show a family increasingly alarmed about what was happening behind the closed doors of the home.

THE CHILDREN’S FATHER ALSO BEGGED FOR HELP

The girls’ father, identified in the messages as Zack, also reportedly sent May a series of emotional texts.

He urged her to seek help and told her that her behavior appeared to be changing.

He reminded her that she was the mother of Emory and Harlow and pleaded with her to get support.

May, however, portrayed the family’s attempts to contact her as harassment and pushed back against their concerns in the screenshots she posted.

The concerns were not limited to private family messages.

According to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office, deputies conducted 13 wellness checks at the residence during the weeks leading up to the children’s deaths.

The most recent check before the discovery occurred on September 20, and authorities said they had observed no immediate signs of concern during those visits.

On September 29, deputies returned to the home for another welfare check.

This time, the two children were found dead.

WHAT HAPPENED IN THE FINAL DAYS?

According to an arrest affidavit, May was outside the home when deputies arrived and was reportedly crying and speaking incoherently.

Investigators say she told them she had been in a “blur” for about two weeks and could not remember when she had last fed her daughters.

Authorities have not publicly released a complete cause of death for the children, and the investigation remains ongoing.

May is now facing two counts of homicide by child abuse.

She remains in custody, and the allegations against her have not been proven in court. Her next court appearance is scheduled for November.

TWO LITTLE GIRLS, AND A FAMILY LEFT WITH QUESTIONS

Before the heartbreaking discovery, relatives were already asking for answers.

They wanted to see Emory and Harlow.

They wanted their mother to accept help.

And they repeatedly expressed fears that something was seriously wrong.

Now, those messages have become part of the public record surrounding a case that has left the Ladson community devastated.

Two very young sisters are gone, while investigators continue working to establish exactly what happened inside their home.

💔 The questions raised by those final weeks may now become an important part of the investigation.
